Mountain & Lowland Gorilla Trekking
Gorilla trekking is an adventurous journey through the African jungle with an intention of seeing Gorillas in their natural habitat. It is called a trek because that is what it is; Gorilla trekking involves walking for long hours – 4 to 6 hours until you find the Gorillas.
Gorillas are categorized into Mountain Gorillas and Lowland Gorillas but and trekking to see either of them in their natural habitat is an incredible experience.
Mountain Gorillas can be seen in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Mgahinga National Park in Uganda, Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda as well as Virunga National Park in DRC Congo.
