Ichobezi Safari boats
Imagine floating down the Chobe River in the heart of the Chobe National Park, with the banks of Namibia on one side and Botswana on the other. From spacious deck you can see elephants, hippos, and crocodiles. The distant hum of African wildlife resonates in the background, merging with the gentle sounds of the river. There is no place you need to be, and no schedule to follow, just 50kms of raw riverine beauty.
Time stands still on the Ichobezi safariboats in Northern Botswana, moored near the town of Kasane. Each houseboat offers a personal experience with no departure dates or minimum nights’ stay to dictate your itinerary. Tender boats are available all throughout the day for private fishing trips and game viewing.
On deck, the double decker houseboat has four large double/twin cabins, each equipped with an en-suite bathroom with modern showers, basins, and toilets. A large sliding window from the cabins allows guests constant views of the gorgeous National Park, which has one of the largest concentration of game in Africa.
On summer days cool off upstairs in the plunge pool on the vast entertainment deck. Later, enjoy the spacious lounge, and open air dining area where meals prepared by a skilled on-board chef can be savoured on beautiful tranquil nights moored at scenic spots along the Chobe.
